Java/Flex Developer Contributor

Kraków * Under general direction, develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity;
* Has excellent understanding of business application;
* Has excellent understanding of graphical user interface software;
* Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them;
* Works with business analyst and other team members to solve business problems using modern GUI technologies;
* Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements;
* May assist in development of software technical documentation;
* Demonstrates software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions;
* Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology;
* May create optimization programs to resolve problems;
* May design and build prototype applications.

Requisiti desiderati

* Bachelor degree or equivalent; Prefer Computer Science Major or Engineering Majors;
* Minimum 1 year of FLEX development experience;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and web development;
* Basic understanding of Agile methodology;
* Experience in using Spring, Hibernate;
* Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
* Initiative, ability to work independently;
* Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies quickly;
* Team working skills.
