Java/Flex Developer Contributor

Kraków Position Description:

- Under general direction, develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity,

- Has excellent understanding of business application,

- Has excellent understanding of graphical user interface software,

- Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them,

- Works with business analyst and other team members to solve business problems using modern GUI technologies,

- Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements,

- May assist in development of software technical documentation,

- Demonstrates software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions,

- Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology,

- May create optimization programs to resolve problems,

- May design and build prototype applications.



Essenstial job requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent; Prefer Computer Science Major or Engineering Majors,

- Minimum 1 year of FLEX development experience,

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and web development,

- Basic understanding of Agile methodology,

- Experience in using Spring, Hibernate,

- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal,

- Initiative, ability to work independently,

- Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies quickly,

- Team working skills.
