CEE IT Manager

(Interim Role for a 2 year assignment)



Role & responsibility:

- Daily management of the IT team (2)

- Close business co-operation with both company’s (Poland + 5 countries) offices and distributors’ offices (8 countries) in CEE; close co-operation with the company’s HQ (London, UK)

- Providing IT support to all internal business clients (ad-hoc and planned) in the area of trainings, development, up-grades, trouble-shooting, etc.

- Implementation of company’s key IT policies

- Supervision over company’s IT continuity within the CEE region (both in the area of infrastructure and applications)

- Supervision over scheduled and already initiated IT projects

- Planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure partial up-grading and renewal.



Profile Requirements:

- University education (IT or other relevant specialization)

- Min. 3 years of IT managerial experience and/or PM experience; budget planning and budget management experience will be an asset

- High level of technical skills in the area of infrastructure and/or applications administration, management and development

- Hands-on approach with solution (“can-do”) / goal oriented attitude with self-management skills and stress resistance.

- Result driven personality with attention to relationship area

- Ability to build rapport with senior business colleagues / internal clients

- Ability do plan, delegate and control department’s objectives within the team.
